# Budget Tracking - Project level

### **What is Budget Tracking at Project level?**

  
Enabling a monthly budget for your Project allows Adzooma to help monitor your spending across the month and display how you're pacing.

#### **How is the Project Budget calculated?**

Project budgets are calculated by adding all of your budgets inside the project together  
  
**Note -** This feature cannot be enabled this feature unless you have atleast 1 paid ads Profile with spend in the Project.

#### **Enabling Budget Tracking** 

Select 'Projects' from the main menu on the left side of the page;

On the Project dashboard, click the Project of your choice;

Within the Project, select 'Settings';

Set the Budget amount at your desired level for the calendar month and save to confirm

**Note -** The Budget currency is set in the same currency as the paid profile(s) at the date of import and cannot be updated

#### Viewing your Budget Tracking data

Select the Project Dashboard in the top navigation tab to view your Budget Tracker results;

Disabling Budget Tracking

Select 'Settings' in the top navigation tab in the Project that you wish to disable Budget Tracking;

Toggle the Budget off and then 'Save' your update
