Project - Opportunities
Project Opportunities are generated at Project level and use the cumulative data of all ad accounts in a Project to improve a client’s overall performance. By considering all Profiles within a Project - across all marketing channels - you can capitalise on the best-performing platforms and refine your paid media strategy
NOTE: Project Opportunities are generated either monthly, weekly, or daily, depending on your subscription. For more frequent generation, consider upgrading your subscription
You can view available Opportunities by selecting your desired project from either the main Project Dashboard or the Projects section in the left navigation menu. Your analysis cycle is displayed on the left side of your screen on any page within Adzooma;
After selecting your desired project, simply click 'Opportunities' in the top navigation tab on the Dashboard;
Here, your project-level Opportunities will be displayed
Click on any of the Opportunities listed in the Queue tab to expand and view more details and guidance;
Project Opportunities will include suggestions to link Paid Ad Profiles that are not already connected but compatible with Adzooma, might suggest shifting budget from an underperforming platform with a high cost-per-conversion to a more successful one with lower costs and higher lost impression shares, or guide you on how to structure your current Profiles into an organised format
Project Opportunities do not only encourage a holistic digital marketing approach, they also give actionable insights based on multi-platform data
When reviewing an Opportunity, there are few options to choose from. Here is an example below;
- - Opportunities are suggestions, therefore if you do not agree with the advice for your circumstances, simply click 'Ignore'
NOTE - 'Ignore' means the Opportunity for that specific Project will not be suggested again for 30 days, it does not ignore that Opportunity type across all your Projects - - Once you have completed any of the suggestions highlighted in the Opportunities you can simply 'Mark As Complete'
- - This link will take you directly to the account creation page for either a Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Facebook Ads account
- - This will provide you with a list of Profiles you have currently connected to Adzooma but not linked to a Project. Click 'Add to Project' to view the list
- - This option will allow you to connect an advertising account to Adzooma which has not been linked. You will be taken through the authentication process for the advertiser linked in the Opportunity by clicking 'Link Existing'
NOTE - The 'History' Tab in Opportunities displays a list of all previous Opportunities generated for this Project, the date of their last status change and their final status.
