Budget Tracking - Project level
What is Budget Tracking at Project level?
Enabling a monthly budget for your Project allows Adzooma to help monitor your spending across the month and display how you're pacing.
How is the Project Budget calculated?
Project budgets are calculated by adding all of your budgets inside the project together
Note - This feature cannot be enabled this feature unless you have atleast 1 paid ads Profile with spend in the Project.
Enabling Budget Tracking
Select 'Projects' from the main menu on the left side of the page;
On the Project dashboard, click the Project of your choice;
Within the Project, select 'Settings';
Set the Budget amount at your desired level for the calendar month and save to confirm
Note - The Budget currency is set in the same currency as the paid profile(s) at the date of import and cannot be updated
Viewing your Budget Tracking data
Select the Project Dashboard in the top navigation tab to view your Budget Tracker results;
Disabling Budget Tracking
Select 'Settings' in the top navigation tab in the Project that you wish to disable Budget Tracking;
Toggle the Budget off and then 'Save' your update
