There are five different roles that can be assigned to your team members

Each role has different levels of access:

Account Owner (only one per Adzooma account)

  • Full access to all features including deleting Profiles and Projects
  • Access to billing 
  • Manage team members

Admin (unlimited team members)

  • Full access access to all features 
  • Access to billing 
  • Manage team members 

Finance (unlimited team members)

  • Access to billing
  • View Projects / Profiles but not add nor delete them
  • View and apply / acknowledge Opportunities
  • Manage team members and edit account settings

Standard (unlimited team members)

  • Add but not delete Profiles
  • Create and edit but not delete Projects
  • View and apply / acknowledge / ignore Opportunities
  • No access to team management
  • No access to billing

Read Only (unlimited team members)

  • View but not add nor delete Profiles
  • View but not create nor delete Projects
  • Can view but not apply / acknowledge / ignore Opportunities
  • No access to team management
  • No access to billing
