Adzooma brings your paid media, SEO, and website performance together into one simple platform. Instead of juggling multiple dashboards or spreadsheets, you’ll see where you stand, what to fix, and how to improve - all in one place.
This guide starts with the Home Dashboard, your command centre, and then walks you through how to get set up and use Adzooma’s key features.
Home Dashboard
The Home page of your Adzooma account is the Account Dashboard. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of everything connected and quick access to manage your Projects and Profiles.
Here’s what you’ll see:
- What to do next?
A checklist in the top-right with helpful, suggested actions. Not sure where to start? Work through these tasks step by step. Each one improves your account and nudges your marketing to the next level. Mark items complete as you go. - Overall Account Score
A single score that reflects how successful your marketing is across all connected channels.- Includes Paid Ads, SEO, and Web Metrics Profiles.
- The higher the score, the stronger your overall marketing health.
- Use History (above the score) to see how it’s changed since your last reports.
- Category Breakdown
Scores split by type: Paid Accounts, SEO, and Web Metrics. These show how optimised each area of your digital marketing is across your whole Adzooma account. - Projects & Profiles Table
A full list of everything you’ve connected, showing both Project and Profile scores.- Use the Status column to quickly pin or edit Profiles and Projects.
- Click the three-dot menu to make fast changes.

Getting Started
To use Adzooma’s features, you’ll first need to connect your advertising accounts. This gives us secure, read-only access to your data so we can generate insights and recommendations.
- Encrypted & secure – We use encrypted connections and never share your login details.
- You stay in control – Adzooma will never make changes without your approval.
- Disconnect anytime – You can remove access instantly from your account.
Step 1: Create a Project
A Project is like a folder that groups your Profiles (accounts). You can:
- Group all accounts for one brand, campaign, client etc.
- Keep related Profiles (Google + Meta + Microsoft Ads) together
- Organise however makes sense for your business
Step 2: Add a Profile
A Profile is an individual account or property you want to analyse. Options include:
- Paid Ads Profile – Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- SEO Profile – Check your site’s visibility, keywords, speed, and backlinks.
- Web Metrics Profile – Measure your website’s speed, usability, and technical performance.
👉 You can add unlimited Profiles, and assign them to Projects during setup (or later).

The Performance Report is the best place to start. We recommend you run this first to get a clear picture of how your ad accounts are performing before diving into optimisations.

The Opportunities engine is like having a consultant on call 24/7. It reviews your data daily and highlights changes that will move the needle most.
Opportunities help you:
- Improve performance (e.g. add strong keywords, refresh weak ads)
- Reduce wasted spend (pause non-converting terms, fix broken links)
- Follow best practices (add extensions, strengthen headlines)
- Tidy account structure (resolve keyword conflicts, fix setup gaps)
Each recommendation includes clear explanations and three choices:
- Apply – one click, instantly updated in your ad account
- Acknowledge – mark complete after fixing natively
- Ignore – skip for now (will reappear in 30 days)

What you’ll see:
- Separate desktop and mobile scores
- An average score showing your overall website health
- Recommendations prioritised by High, Mid, or Low impact
- Completed areas clearly marked so you know what’s already in good shape
Scoring ranges:
- 0–49 = Poor
- 50–89 = Needs Improvement
- 90–100 = Good (aim to consistently stay here)
