Performance Report Branding Guide

1. What is Performance Report Branding?

Adzooma’s Performance Report Branding lets you customise your reports with your own logo and brand colours - so every report you share looks professional, polished, and on-brand.

2. Why It Matters

Most PPC and SEO reporting tools lock you into their branding, which can look unprofessional or create confusion for clients.

With Performance Report Branding you can:

  • Present reports that reflect your own brand (or your client’s).
  • Remove “Adzooma” references from client-facing reports.
  • Share ready-to-go branded PDFs with no manual editing.
  • Position yourself as the single source of truth for paid media, SEO, and web metrics insights.

Branded reports give any performance marketer - whether working in-house, freelance, or agency-side - the ability to deliver professional, trusted insights that strengthen relationships and reinforce expertise.

3. Profile-Level vs Project-Level Branding

Not every marketer works the same way, so Adzooma gives you two levels of flexibility for applying branding: Profile-Level and Project-Level.

  • If you’re managing a single brand or just want a consistent look across all your reports, Profile-Level Branding keeps things simple.
  • If you’re working across multiple brands, clients, or campaigns, Project-Level Branding gives you the ability to customise reports individually - perfect when each audience needs to see their own identity reflected.

Here’s how they work:

Profile-Level Branding

  • Applies one logo and colour scheme across all reports for a single ad account (Profile).
  • Great for in-house teams or businesses managing their own ads.

Project-Level Branding

  • Overrides Profile-Level branding for a specific Project.
  • Allows marketers to tailor branding per client or initiative (each Project can have its own logo and colours).

📌 Note: If both are enabled, Project-Level Branding takes priority.

4. Adding Report Branding

At Profile Level

  1. Log into your Adzooma account.
  2. From the left menu, go to Settings > Report Branding.
  3. Toggle Enable Report Branding on.
  4. Upload your company logo (.png or .jpg, max 2MB).
  5. Choose your header background colour and header text colour.
  6. Click Save Changes.

All reports for that Profile will now include your branding.

At Project Level

  1. From the left menu, select Projects.
  2. Choose the Project you want to brand.
  3. Within the Project, go to Settings > Report Branding.
  4. Toggle Enable Project-Level Report Branding on.
  5. Upload your client’s logo (.png or .jpg, max 2MB).
  6. Choose header background colour and header text colour.
  7. Click Save Changes.

This branding will override any Profile-Level settings for all Profiles within that Project.

5. Sharing Branded Reports

Once your branding is set up, you’ll want to share it. Branded reports are designed to be client-ready exports that showcase your logo and colours in a professional format.

  • Branding is applied when you download a report as a PDF.
  • Click Download in the top right corner of the Performance Report.
  • Reports viewed inside Adzooma use the standard interface - custom branding is only visible on exported PDFs.

 

6. Removing Report Branding

Your branding setup isn’t permanent - you can switch it off or change it at any time. This flexibility makes it easy to:

  • Rebrand reports if your company’s look evolves.
  • Remove branding when working on internal drafts.
  • Apply different branding for new projects or clients.

At Profile Level

  1. Go to Settings > Report Branding.
  2. Toggle Enable Report Branding off.
  3. Click Save Changes.

At Project Level

  1. Go to Projects > [Project Name] > Settings > Report Branding.
  2. Toggle Enable Project-Level Report Branding off.
  3. Click Save Changes.

📌 Note: If Project-Level Branding is disabled, any active Profile-Level Branding will apply instead.
