Performance Report Guide
1. What is the Performance Report?
The Performance Report is your PPC health check - giving you a quick, clear view of your ad account’s optimisation and performance.
In just a few minutes, the report shows you:
- An overall score (closer to 100 = better optimisation).
- Key strengths and weaknesses across your setup.
- Actionable recommendations prioritised by impact.
The report is designed to give you a complete and fair picture of performance, covering:
- All major campaign types - Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Local Services, Hotel campaigns, and more.
- Scoring tailored to your strategy - you’re only evaluated on the campaigns you’re actually running, with no penalties for skipping formats that don’t fit your goals.
- Dynamic prioritisation - recommendations are automatically ordered so the most impactful fixes appear first.
Think of it as a real-time PPC consultant - fast, unbiased, and designed to show you exactly where to improve right now.
2. Why Use the Performance Report?
The report is built for businesses and agencies that want smarter results in less time.
- Save Time - Full account analysis in minutes.
- Eliminate Wasted Spend - Spot and fix costly errors.
- Improve Quality Score - Raise ad relevance and lower CPCs.
- Increase ROI - From small tweaks to structural fixes, see where to focus for real gains.

3. How the Report Works
Your personalised report analyses your ad accounts against best practices and live data.
Core Features
- Performance Score - A single number showing overall optimisation.
- Trend Tracking - See how your score has changed since the last report.
- Recommendations - A prioritised list of actions with explanations of what to do and why it matters.
- Expanded Analysis - Covers Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Local Services, Hotel campaigns, and more for holistic insights.
- Fair Scoring - Only the campaigns you’re running are evaluated, so you’re never marked down for not using certain formats.
- Dynamic Prioritisation - The most impactful recommendations surface first, saving you time and helping you act where it matters most.
Recommendation Types
Each recommendation is tagged with an icon to show its importance:
- High Impact - Urgent fixes with the biggest effect.
- Mid Impact - Medium-priority improvements for steady performance gains.
- Low Impact - Fine-tuning adjustments; small but useful optimisations.
- Completed - Areas already in good shape (keep monitoring to maintain 100%).
Progress Bars
Every recommendation includes a progress bar showing:
- How frequently the issue is occurring.
- How close you are to resolving it.
📌 Some accounts may not reach a perfect 100 due to unique circumstances - aim for consistent progress, not perfection.
Opportunities Integration
Many recommendations are powered by Adzooma’s Opportunities engine, meaning you can:
- Apply fixes directly from the report.
- See fresh Opportunities daily as your account evolves.
4. Custom Branding
On Silver and Gold subscriptions, you can add your own logo and brand colours to reports.

Before generating a report, you’ll need to connect at least one Paid Profile (an ad account).
🔹 What is a Profile?
A Profile is simply one advertising account you connect to Adzooma (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Facebook Ads).
- Example: your Google Ads account = 1 Profile
